I got a defective item, what should I do?

We got you covered. We don't generally offer any return policy as the brands we deal in, they do not provide any replacement as all the products are tested as QC passed since all of those are Industrial materials.

But still, we provide support from our side only if:

You received wrong product
The product is defective

To claim this, you can contact us from Contact Us page. Keep the proofs ready (i.e. video footage which shows there is any manufacturing defect, photo of the defect or any relevant evidence). We will take care of the rest.

Which areas are serviceable?

In general, we deliver to all over India, on request we can deliver to Bhutan and Nepal. For custom orders, bulk order or plant commissioning, we offer our services all around the globe. But the customs, transportation and freight are to be arranged by your end.

What is the process for Water Treatment Plant installation?

First, you have to discuss your requirements and get a feasible solution with a quote from us by contacting us through Contact Us page.

Then we generate the paper works needed and payment terms. After success of these steps, we arrange the delivery of the materials through a courier service at the commissioning place. In 48-72 hours, our team of technician schedules installation of the system. We may ask for some unskilled laborers by you if it becomes a cost effective option based on the budget. Our team reaches your place, installs the system, runs and gives demo of the system.

Further paper works are completed in order to avail the warranty and AMC (optional).

Is there any option to schedule a visit?

Yes, we have our team who will visit and inspect you place of installation before placing the order.

In a certain radius, we offer FREE Visits*. But beyond that limit, it may be chargeable. The charges vary based upon the distance. However, this charge is totally refundable if you opt for it and you can claim it as a discount during the installation of the plant/in the total amount in the invoice copy.

Make sure to agree upon the terms and conditions beforehand and discuss about this option before placing an order.

How much time does it take to deliver materials from our E-commerce Store?

It takes 1-14 days to keep your materials ready based upon the availability. You will get a phone call in 24 hours of placing an order. Our team notify you about the expected time and keep you updated at every step of your order process. However, materials which are in stock and ready to be dispatched takes 24-48 hours to pack and to be picked up by a courier service. It usually takes 5-7 days on an average to reach it to you. For bulk or large orders it make take some more time.

In that page, while putting your information, please mention your valid GST Number with your company name. You will receive the bill on your company name.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes, we have Cash on Delivery available for all the products in our e-commerce store equals to or below 20kg. But we have different payment terms for Water Treatment Plants.
